4 Kind of access modes can be kept.
1) Web
2) SMS
3) Phones
4) Postcard
out of which 1 and 2 can be handled automatically by system.
For 3 and 4 we'll have to dedicate our time. So for initial
stages, 1 and 2 are good option.
